Empowering Kenyan Students for a Brighter Future.
Founded in 2009, Bidii Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 organization dedicated to combating famine and poverty in rural western Kenya, by providing children with access to quality education.
Since 2009, Bidii Foundation has supported 1,675 students in the rural communities of Western Kenya.
The organization has expanded to empower a cohort of 193 women and 20 men to financial independence.
Bidii Foundation raises funds for:
4 year education scholarships for high school students.
Tuition, backpacks, shoes, uniforms and lunches for elementary school students.
Mentorship opportunities to support and motivate students.
Establishment of economic empowerment groups for women and men in rural communities.
