Electine Sifuna
President

Electine Sifuna previously worked for New York City Human Resources Administration until March 2022, and was a Coordinator for The ARC of Bergen and Passaic Counties prior. In Kenya, she was President of Eyvat Enterprises until 1994. Electine is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and concentration in Marketing. For Bidii, she directs formative ground operations and engages community stakeholders in empowerment projects.

Bidii Foundation has over 100 community volunteers on the ground. These are community elders, retired teachers and college students willing to offer mentorship to these children. These volunteers meet monthly to discuss ways to help these children even though they lack funds to assist many more that are in need.

Arcadius is Marketing Platform Account Executive at Google. Prior to this role, he was a Partner Development Lead at Oracle Data Cloud. There, his primary focus was on Oracle's targeting and measurement business, which spans across different Advertisers and Consumer Platforms.

With a background in Consumer Product Goods, he's worked on partnerships with Fortune 500 clients including Bayer Healthcare, Mars USA, and Reckitt Benckiser as well as top Ad Platforms such as Twitter, Pinterest, and Amazon. Arcadius is a graduate of Boston College.

Teresa is a principal at Omidyar Network where she focuses on education strategy and investments in Africa. Prior to joining Omidyar Network, Teresa served as Microsoft’s education lead in East and South Africa where she led regional teams in the implementation of learning solutions across 10 countries.

As the Head of Econet Education, Teresa drove the development of Zimbabwe’s first digital education platform; the business provides overlay education services targeting over 5 million subscribers in Zimbabwe. Teresa is a Yale University graduate.

Vienna Mbagaya, M.P.H.
Vice President

Vienna's experience supporting public and private organizations at the international, federal, state, and community levels spans over a decade. Her work has led to innovative research in the areas of COVID-19, HIV/AIDS, malaria, reproductive health and social behavioral health. Vienna's expertise includes infectious disease epidemiology, behavioral health surveillance, clinical research coordination, and program evaluation.

She holds a master's degree in Epidemiology & Biostatistics from George Washington University School of Public Health & Health Services, and a bachelor's degree in Biology from Boston College.
